Services Provided
Doncaster Youth Service provides extensive opportunities through social education programmes that are developed in the growth of young people. In partnership with Connexions we encourage young people to realise their potential and help them to re-engage with learning and if necessary provide mentoring projects aimed at anti-bullying, anger management and substance misuse.
Young people have the opportunity to gain National accredited awards through:
• Duke of Edinburgh
• Youth Achievement Awards
• Millennium Volunteers
Doncaster Youth Service provides Youth Exchanges and Town Twinning as well as residential opportunities using Adams Ark Community Canal Boat.
The Mobile provision works borough wide offering Youth Work in rural and hard to reach areas.

Confidential service working holistically with young people on any issues which affect their health and well being
Services include: -
• Advice, information and counselling
• Supported access to computers
• Help with CV’s, job applications etc
• Website access (information on any health & social welfare related issues)
• Access to facilities including shower and washing machine (50p charge)
• Group work on assertiveness, self esteem, relationships, HIV/AIDS, sexual health inc STI’s, smoking cessation (individually if required), alcohol awareness, substance misuse
• Signposting/referral to other services if required
