01/03/2008 Progress to Work (p2w) Action for Employment (A4E) 3rd Floor Consort House Waterdale Doncaster DN1 3HR Tel: 01302 327711 Services Provided • Specialist advice and individual assessment • Individually tailored action plan – agreed between p2w advisor and the client • Ongoing support – to minimise drop out, help finding and securing employment, and for a subsequent period to sustain employment • Clients continue to receive current benefit entitlement Eligibility • Clients aged 18+ who are disadvantaged in the labour market due to a history of drug misuse • Are claiming JSA, IS, IB, CA, SDA or DLA • Have completed drug treatment programmes or are stabilised and need additional help to get into work • Have been identifies by Jobcentre Plus staff or other agency/organisation as unlikely to succeed in getting work, training or New Deal option without extra help Referral • Action2Work • Doncaster Prisons – Marshgate, Hatfield, Moorlands and Lyndholme • Doncaster Probation Service • Jobcentre Plus • Community Drug Team (Garage) • New Deal fro Communities (NDC) • Streetreach • DACRO • Self referral
